Many times, we have heard potential clients complain about taking out a life insurance in case they pass away and they don’t get to enjoy their investment. At Sacos, we care about your well-being and your investment.
Here are four tips to a fitter, healthier you which can help you live a longer life.
1. Get that heart rate up!
30 minutes of exercise a day can do you a world of wonder. Not only does it help reduce your risk of strokes and cardiovascular disease, but also the increase of norepinephrine in the body helps to reduce stress.
2. Stay hydrated.
Did you know that drinking plenty of water actually increases your energy level and relieves fatigue? Added bonus, it promotes weight loss, flushes out toxins and helps boost you immune system. So instead of reaching out for that bottle of lemonade, why not grab a bottle of water instead?
3. Use sunscreen!
This one is far too underrated! A lot of people tend to forget that the ultraviolet rays of the sun is the number one cause of skin cancer. In a place as sunny as the Seychelles, it is hard to avoid being in the sun. Be smart, use a broad spectrum sunscreen that guards against both UVA and UVB rays, with a sun protection factor (SPF) of 15 or higher.
4. Eat well.
And by well, we mean well-balanced meals that are low in cholesterol, moderate in sugar content, and low in salt, saturated fat and total fat.
5. Quit smoking and drink moderately.
Vices are hard to quit but when you do, you will be all the happier for it. Not only will you have more savings when you cut out these unnecessary expenses, but you may be adding more years to your life.
If you’re concerned about not making it to the maturity date of your policy, your beneficiaries will still benefit from your life assurance plan. Your beneficiary can be your children, your parents, your partner or anyone you love dearly.
