Sacos is managed by a Board of Directors comprising seasoned professionals with experience in the fields of insurance, financial services, human resources management and law. They are the major decision-makers providing strategic direction to the management team, headed by the Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Bastide is the Senior Manager of International Business at SWAN Group. He has years of experience in international development and strategic marketing management. He holds an MSc in Applied Mathematics specialising in Stochastic Modelling and a BSc in Applied Mathematics.

Mr. Rivalland is the Group Chief Executive of SWAN. He has played an active role in the development of risk management, investments, insurance and pensions in Mauritius. He holds a PGDip in Strategy and Innovation and a BSc (Hons) in Actuarial Science and Statistics.

Appointed 18 September 2018 Ms. Bradburn is Deputy Chief Executive Officer at the Seychelles Public Utilities Corporation. A highly accomplished professional accountant with over 20 years of management experience. She is a fellow of the ACCA and holds a degree in Business Administration.

Mrs. Moulinié brings business management experience and is the manager of a private property, a position she has occupied since 2015. She has a sales and marketing background having worked in the local telecom and banking industries. She holds a Degree in Business.

Ms. Capricieuse is the CEO of Sacos Group Ltd. She has years of experience in strategic planning and management. She held senior positions in the public service before she joined Sacos in 2017. She holds an MSc in Management Finance (Distinction) and a BSc in International Business Administration.

Mrs. Furneau has been the CFO of Sacos Group Ltd since October 2018 and is responsible for finance and investment for the Company. She has years of finance and management account experience. She is a Chartered Certified Accountant and a fellow of the ACCA.

Mr Laporte is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment management, financial analysis, and economic research. He is the Chief Investment Officer at the Seychelles Pension Fund, since July 2019, where he oversees a substantial portfolio of assets, leading strategic investment decisions and modernizing investment frameworks. He also has 10 years’ experience as a financial analyst with the Central Bank of Seychelles. Mr Laporte holds a Master of Finance and Business Economics from The University of Adelaide, Australia, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Capital Markets Education from The George Washington University, USA. Additionally, he has a BA (Econ) in Economics and Finance from The University of Manchester, UK, and is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS).

Ms Vidot has over 15 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. She is currently the Director General of the Financial Services Development Division at the Ministry of Finance, National Planning and Trade and has been working in the private sector since 2019. Ms. Vidot has 9 years’ experience in the private sector specialised in professional liability coverage and cyber risk. She holds a Master of Science degree in Insurance and Risk Management from Cass Business School and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Mathematical, Statistical, and Actuarial Science from Heriot-Watt University.

Ms. Vidot has 24 years of experience in insurance. She holds an Associateship in Insurance with the Malaysian Insurance Institute, a Diploma in Applied Insurance, a CII Diploma in Insurance and a Diploma in Business Studies and Accounting.

Mr. Belmont has over five years of work experience in the life insurance industry. Aside from short courses in management and leadership, health sciences and corporate governance, he holds a degree in biomedical science from James Cook University, Australia and a Certificate in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute, UK.

Mrs. De Commarmond has over six years’ work experience in both life and general insurance. She holds an MSc in Insurance and Risk Management and holds an Associateship with the CII, UK. She is also a part time lecturer at The Guy Morel Institute Seychelles.

Mr. de Commarmond has experience in HR Development and Training, and has previously worked in shipping, telecom, academia, FMCG, banking, and airline industries. He holds a BCom Management Information Systems and an MBA.

Michael Ernest

Mr. Ernest held the position of Head of IT at FSA in Seychelles for seven years and was a Senior Officer (ICT) at the SADC secretariat. Mr. Ernest holds an MSc in Computer Security and is qualified in Business Continuity and Information Security.
