Do you cover optical and dental expenses?
We only provide coverage for emergency dental expenses which can cover oral injuries and treatments related to sudden and severe pain while on holidays. Optical care is not included in your travel insurance. However, damage to your eyes or retinas as a result of an accident are included under your medical coverage.
Do you cover the cost of treatment, isolation and quarantine due to COVID-19?
The Sacos Travel Insurance covers medical expenses due to COVID-19 infection while travelling abroad. This would include hospitalisation, clinical care, PCR testing and related treatments given. Your travel insurance will also cover the cost of extending your stay overseas due to COVID-19 infection.
